Happy Birthday! Let us help you celebrate with a fun, creative party! Book the Hammer & Stain Plain City studio exclusively for your child's party. Included in this package:
- 2-hour party
- Private use of the studio
- 1 6x18 plank name & image project for each child, package includes up to 11 children. Each additional child is $25, invoiced separately.
- 1 soda or water per child.
- 1 Hammer & Stain associate to provide workshop creating planks and to clean up afterward. The project will take about an hour, leaving an hour for cake and presents!
- You may arrive up to 45 minutes before the party to do any set up needed.
- You may bring cake, snacks and beverages if desired. Please also bring paper plates, forks and cups if you are bringing these (we have plenty of paper towels!).
You will be called once payment is received. You will be provided with a link to provide on your invitation so each child can register on our website and provide the correct spelling of their name for their project stencil. A list of registrants can be provided to you upon request, so you know who is coming to the party! All kids must be registered and any outstanding invoices for additional kids must be paid. at least 4 days before the party. (If you prefer to provide a list of kid's names that is fine but each parent will need to sign a waiver when they bring their child).
CHOOSING YOUR DATE AND TIME:
The studio's website includes a calendar. The calendar is updated with all studio events. Check the calendar to see if your date and time is available. Private parties may be booked any Saturday 2pm or after. If you would like to book on a Sunday or a weekday evening, please call (614) 733-0035 to discuss prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation for a refund. Cancellations made later or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel a reservation please provide cancellation information through the "Contact Us" option on the website, no other form of notification will be accepted.
Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.
Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to approval.

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks, chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
